Valley Communities for Christ
Why are churches important?
“Faith
networks today act as sources of social and spiritual support,
organizing units for urban neighborhoods, service providers,
and
are
frequently some of the strongest institutions serving rural residents.”
- A quote from a non-faith based organization answering the question
The Vision:
Connect and inform caring Christian churches with each other and
with communities in need.
The Mission:
To build up in unity the Christian Church by connecting congregations
throughout our great Central Valley. To become a transformational
instrument guided by God to touch lives, change neighborhoods, and
transform entire communities.
“You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be
hidden.” Matthew
5:11
